1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the arinalive.ph platform — including but not limited to its games, payment services, promotional features, and customer support — you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with arinalive.ph's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the platform from time to time.

arinalive.ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any available balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on arinalive.ph, you are required to complete the registration process and maintain a registered account. The following conditions apply to all accounts registered on arinalive.ph:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on arinalive.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, arinalive.ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all pending bets placed through those accounts, and withhold balances pending a full investigation.

arinalive.ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine driver's license, passport, SSS/UMID card, or voter's ID) and proof of address. KYC documents may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time arinalive.ph deems a verification necessary.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Your arinalive.ph account is strictly for your personal use. You may not allow any third party to access, use, or operate your account, including placing bets or making withdrawals on your behalf. arinalive.ph is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party use of an account where the account holder has permitted or facilitated such access.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your arinalive.ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your arinalive.ph account that is not used on any other platform or service;

arinalive.ph will never ask for your password through live chat, email, or any messaging platform. arinalive.ph is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including losses resulting from your sharing of credentials with a third party.

5. Deposits and Payments

arinalive.ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph / InstaPay, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions on arinalive.ph are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at arinalive.ph is ₱100 for most payment methods. Specific minimums may vary by payment channel and are displayed on the cashier screen at the time of transaction. arinalive.ph does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which arinalive.ph is not responsible.

5.2 Deposit Limits

arinalive.ph offers voluntary deposit limit tools accessible from your account dashboard. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. arinalive.ph may also impose platform-level deposit limits in compliance with regulatory requirements.

5.3 No Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. arinalive.ph does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered to third parties. Where a third-party deposit is identified, arinalive.ph reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and apply enhanced KYC procedures.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your arinalive.ph account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification before withdrawals exceeding the standard threshold can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to payment accounts registered in your own name. arinalive.ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be fulfilled before the bonus or winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Free-play bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• arinalive.ph reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. This may extend the processing time but will not result in undue delays for accounts in good standing with completed KYC.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

arinalive.ph may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, enhanced odds, or other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In addition to offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all promotions on arinalive.ph:

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and may be subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on arinalive.ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players in any game;

10. Intellectual Property

All content on arinalive.ph — including but not limited to its name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, audio, and trademarks — is the property of arinalive.ph or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use arinalive.ph solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from arinalive.ph without prior written consent. This includes screenshotting or recording live dealer streams for commercial distribution.

11. Limitation of Liability

Where applicable Philippine law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, those exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. arinalive.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data

13. Responsible Gaming

Upon lawful account termination for cause, arinalive.ph may withhold balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds were acquired through fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful means, those funds may be forfeited. Where termination occurs without cause, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

15. Amendments to These Terms

arinalive.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on arinalive.ph and, where arinalive.ph deems it appropriate, notified to registered users via email or platform notification. Continued use of arinalive.ph following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. 16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Complaints relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant game session; complaints submitted outside this window may not be investigated.
